ADUs by Jack

Custom ADU website design focused on conversions, clarity, and homeowner trust

Project Overview

Brainbox Design Agency partnered with ADUs by JACK, a Los Angeles–based Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) construction company, to design a high-performing website that clearly communicates their expertise while driving qualified homeowner leads.

The objective was to create a modern, trust-driven digital experience that educates visitors, simplifies complex ADU services, and converts interest into consultation requests.

The Challenge

The ADU market is highly competitive and often confusing for homeowners. The main challenges were:

  • Breaking down a complex construction process into easy-to-understand steps

  • Building trust quickly with first-time visitors

  • Highlighting the company’s full-service approach without overwhelming users

  • Designing strong calls-to-action without appearing overly sales-driven

Website Design & Structure

The website architecture was carefully structured to support both informational and research-driven content.

Key design elements include:

  • Clear service breakdowns for environmental and public health testing

  • Highlighted research areas and capabilities

  • Team and leadership visibility to build trust

  • Modular sections for future content expansion

Every page was designed to communicate expertise without visual clutter.

User Experience & Content Flow

The UX was designed to guide users naturally from high-level information to detailed content.

UX priorities included:

  • Logical content progression

  • Clear calls to action

  • Easy access to team and service information

  • Optimized navigation for both professionals and general visitors

This ensures usability across audiences with different levels of scientific background.
