Pharm-Assist

Brand Identity & Website Design for a Prescription Savings Platform

Project Overview

Pharm-Assist is a prescription savings program available through a network of pharmacies, designed to help people access medications at fair and transparent prices. Brainbox was brought in to design a friendly brand identity and a clear, user-focused website that explains the service, builds trust, and supports online ordering and engagement.

The goal was to make a healthcare-related platform feel approachable, understandable, and human, while still maintaining credibility and professionalism.

The Challenge

Prescription pricing and healthcare services can be confusing and intimidating for users. Pharm-Assist needed a digital presence that:

  • Clearly explains how the program works

  • Builds trust with non-technical audiences

  • Feels caring and people-first, not corporate

  • Works across desktop and mobile screens

  • Supports future growth and feature expansion

The design had to simplify a complex service without oversimplifying its value.

Website Design & UX

The Pharm-Assist website was designed to guide users through the service step by step.

Key UX goals included:

  • Explaining benefits quickly and clearly

  • Showing pricing and savings transparently

  • Encouraging users to compare and explore options

  • Making contact and next steps obvious

The layout uses modular sections, strong headings, and visual storytelling to help users grasp the value of the program without friction.

Responsive & Mobile Experience

Special attention was given to mobile layouts, ensuring the platform remains easy to use for:

  • On-the-go users

  • Older audiences

  • Users unfamiliar with complex healthcare platforms

All screens were designed to maintain clarity and usability across devices.

Result

The final outcome is a clean, welcoming digital platform that positions Pharm-Assist as a helpful and trustworthy prescription savings solution.

The project delivered:

  • A friendly, healthcare-appropriate brand identity

  • A clear and accessible website experience

  • Strong visual storytelling through illustrations

  • A scalable digital foundation for future growth
