Website Design & Online Ordering System for a Concept-Driven Pizzeria

Project Overview

The PieSpace Pizzeria is a concept-driven restaurant where food, creativity, and atmosphere collide. Brainbox was commissioned to design and develop a visually immersive website that reflects the brand’s bold personality while supporting seamless online ordering for delivery and pickup.

The objective was to create a high-impact digital experience that feels playful, modern, and memorable—while remaining fully functional for real-world restaurant operations.

The Challenge

The PieSpace brand required more than a standard restaurant website. The digital experience needed to:

Stand out in a highly competitive food market
Visually express the brand’s playful, space-inspired identity
Support fast, reliable online ordering
Integrate with third-party delivery platforms
Offer flexibility for future growth and custom features

Performance, usability, and conversion were just as important as visual impact.

Website Design & Creative Direction

The website was designed as an immersive brand experience, blending bold visuals, dramatic contrast, and interactive elements.

Key design principles:

Dark, cinematic backgrounds for depth and contrast
Strong food photography as the hero content
Clear call-to-actions for ordering and menu access
A playful, space-inspired visual language aligned with the brand

The result is a website that feels energetic, unique, and instantly recognizable.

3D Visual Experience (Spline)

To elevate the experience beyond a traditional restaurant site, we implemented custom 3D elements using Spline.
This allowed us to:
- Introduce interactive 3D visuals tied to the brand’s space theme
- Create motion and depth without sacrificing performance
- Enhance storytelling while keeping the UI intuitive
The 3D elements act as a visual signature, reinforcing The PieSpace’s identity and making the website memorable.
